Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized orders are produced strictly in accordance with the specifications provided by the customer. Once confirmed, these orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable, except in cases of verifiable manufacturing defects.

Customers are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information submitted, including names, spellings, dates, sizes, or colors. Manaksh.com shall not be liable for errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information.

Shipping & Delivery with Canada Post-Specific Protections

Orders are shipped primarily through Canada Post, and while we endeavor to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimated and may be affected by carrier delays, customs inspections, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information and are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and other import fees for international orders. Optional insurance may be purchased for high-value shipments; otherwise, Manaksh.com does not assume responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged packages. Tracking information will be provided where available, but tracking is not a guarantee of delivery times.

• Signature & Proof of Delivery: For certain orders, Manaksh.com may require signature confirmation to protect against fraud or loss. Delivery confirmation by the carrier constitutes proof of delivery to the customer.
• Address Errors: Manaksh.com is not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
• Carrier Liability: Once an order is handed to Canada Post (or another carrier), all risks of loss, theft, or delay transfer to the customer.
• Damaged-on-Arrival Reporting Window: Any claims for products damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the product and original packaging.
• Dispatch Delays: While most orders are dispatched within 3–4 business days, unforeseen delays may occur due to stock availability, high order volume, holidays, or operational issues. Manaksh.com will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any significant dispatch delay, but such delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.
• Shipping Delays Beyond Control: Manaksh.com is not liable for delivery delays once an order has been dispatched. Weather conditions, customs clearance, strikes, or carrier issues may extend delivery times beyond estimates.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final. Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products and must be reported to support@manaksh.com within seven days of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.

Unauthorized, untimely, or unsupported returns may be rejected. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Manaksh.com reserves the right to approve or deny claims based on inspection and evidence of damage.

• Inspection Requirement: Customers must inspect products upon receipt. Failure to report defects within the required timeframe will void claims.
• Normal Wear & Tear: Damage caused by everyday wear, accidents, moisture, or misuse is not covered under returns/refunds.

• Proof of Damage: Customers must provide clear photographic or video evidence before a claim is considered.

Exclusion for Shipping or Dispatch Delays: Refunds or returns will not be granted due to shipping delays, dispatch delays, or carrier-related delivery issues once an order has been shipped. Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Discounts, Promotions, and Gift Card Conflict Protection

Promotional codes, discounts, and gift cards are subject to specific terms and conditions. Promotions are valid only for designated products and periods and may not be combined unless explicitly authorized.

In cases of conflicting discounts, Manaksh.com reserves the right to apply only the highest-value promotion or adjust the order accordingly. Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable,

non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
